You Are The Placebo By Dr Joe Dispenza £12.99

Is it possible to heal by thought alone – without drugs or surgery? The truth is that it happens more often than you might expect. In You Are The Placebo, Dr Joe Dispenza shares numerous documented cases of those who reversed heart disease, depression, crippling arthritis and even the tremors of Parkinson’s disease by believing in a placebo. Similarly, Joe tells of how others have got sick and even died, the victims of a hex or a voodoo curse or after being misdiagnosed with a fatal illness.

In this book it explores the history, the science and the practical applications of the so-called placebo effect. The many amazing cases studies will empower you to personally use ‘the expectation of a particular outcome’ to alter your internal states – as well as external reality – solely through the action of your mind. This book offers the necessary understandings to change old beliefs and perceptions into new , and teaches a model of personal transformation that correlates with the placebo effect, without the need for any external influences.

I have the paper back book and audio book. In Joe’s Preface he starts to tell us the story of his accident and how he helped himself back from a life of disability. If you only manage to absorb the amazing recovery he made, you will feel blessed that you can move with ease and you will value the power we each have to change our lives forever. I like true stories that give me hope, that break the boundaries of living in the one box,

This man has gone from being told he will never walk again to travelling the world teaching others to be their own saviour.

Reflexology can baffle the scientist, why because they can’t prove how it works in many cases. I find when my client and I join forces for their highest good, when we work on the same page it isn’t surprising good results happen. Reading Joe’s story gave me greater confidence to break boundaries and continue to find the root cause of why we get sick or get side tracked /lost on our path.
