Student Membership
Applications for Student Membership are welcomed from:
- Students commencing the CAR accredited Reflexology Therapist Diploma (Module 1) course or equivalent.
As a CAR member, you will gain access to a full range of benefits to support you as you train to become a clinical reflexologist. For example, our student members receive access to a comprehensive and competitively priced insurance scheme, free annual subscription to the Clinical Reflexology News and much more. CAR members are expected to abide by the CAR’s Code of Practice and Ethics, which ensures that members adhere to and have a common understanding of excellence in professional conduct and practice and so meet and even exceed the expectations of clients.
As a member of CAR you will be expected to hold suitable insurance, which allows you to conduct case studies, in order to complete your Diploma portfolios, and as such you will be eligible to access our block insurance scheme with Balens Ltd. This comprehensive policy offers our members £3 million professional indemnity cover, including medical malpractice, and public and products liability cover for £16 per year for student members. Membership Fees:
£25.00 per annum.
Associate membership is offered at a discounted cost of £35.00 for the first 12 months if application is made at the time of the award of the CAR accredited Reflexology Therapist Diploma (Module 1).
A copy of your qualification must be provided as evidence when you make your application for Associate Membership.
